In the USA human clinical trials conducted between 2017 thru 2022 according to ClinicalTrials.gov, there were some over 480 trials. Most obtained grant funds from the National Institutes of Health, (NIH). The failure to include all 21 different ethnic groups of men in human clinical trials related to prostate gland conditions results in outcomes that may cause over treatment, under treatment, misdiagnosis and no treatment at all. African and African American men claimed to have more aggressive prostate gland conditions based on their individual genetic predispositions is discussed in detail in this publication.
